By purchasing or using gift cards through the DoroNow gifting platform (“DoroNow”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not proceed with your purchase.

1. Overview

DoroNow is a digital gifting platform that facilitates the purchase and delivery of third-party gift cards within the United States. All gift cards available through DoroNow are fulfilled and distributed by Gyft, a third-party service provider.

2. Redemption
• Gift cards purchased via DoroNow are redeemable only at the respective third-party merchants listed at the time of purchase.
• Redemption policies, expiration, and restrictions are governed by the issuing merchant and/or Gyft.
• DoroNow does not guarantee acceptance of any gift card by a merchant.

3. Limitations

Gift cards purchased on DoroNow:

• Are non-refundable, non-replaceable, and non-reloadable.
• Cannot be resold, transferred for value, or redeemed for cash (except where required by law).
• Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or digital subscriptions unless explicitly stated.
• Cannot be used outside the United States.
• May be subject to expiration, inactivity fees, or other limitations imposed by the issuer.
4. Expiration and Validity
• The expiration period for each gift card is determined by the merchant or Gyft.
• DoroNow does not extend, reissue, or revalidate expired gift cards.
• Users are responsible for checking validity and expiration terms at the time of purchase.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Cards
• DoroNow is not liable for lost, stolen, destroyed, or unauthorized use of gift cards.
• Any resolution for such issues is at the sole discretion of Gyft or the card issuer.
6. Fraud and Misuse
• DoroNow reserves the right to:
  • Cancel or refuse orders suspected to be fraudulent or abusive.
  • Suspend access or block users suspected of violating platform policies.
  • Cooperate with legal authorities and financial institutions in case of suspected illegal activities.
• If a fraudulently obtained card is redeemed, the issuer may take legal action, and DoroNow will not be held responsible.
7. Payments and Delivery
• Payment processing is handled by secure third-party providers.
• All successful transactions are final, unless cancelled by DoroNow as described in Section 16.
• Gift card delivery is typically via email or SMS. DoroNow is not responsible for delays or failed delivery due to:
  • Incorrect recipient contact details.
  • Spam filters or blocked email addresses.
  • Network issues.
8. Disclaimers
• DoroNow does not issue or control any gift cards offered.
• DoroNow does not guarantee:
  • Merchant performance or continued operation.
  • Availability or usability of any specific gift card.
  • Acceptance of gift cards in all locations or platforms of a merchant.

  NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE PROVIDED BY DORONOW.

9. Limitation of Liability
• To the fullest extent permitted by law:
• DoroNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• DoroNow’s total liability, under any theory of law, shall not exceed the face value of the gift card or $100 USD, whichever is lower.
10. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information at checkout.
• Review gift card terms from the merchant before purchase.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes.
11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DoroNow, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use or misuse of the platform or gift cards.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of U.S. courts for the resolution of any disputes related to your use of the platform or gift cards.

13. Changes to Terms

DoroNow reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Order Cancellation by DoroNow

• The selected gift card is no longer available or cannot be procured from the third-party provider.
• There is a technical, operational, or inventory-related issue affecting delivery.
• There are concerns related to fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
