What’s the purpose of the QR code I received along with the gift?
This QR code acts as a medium to add and unveil the wishes. To redeem, follow these steps: 1. Locate the QR code on the gift you received, and scan it using your smartphone's camera. 2. This should direct you to the Doronow platform. Complete Verification: Once on the Doronow portal, log in with the mobile number or email ID to create the event.
How do I redeem my gift card using the QR code?
To redeem your gift card, please scan the QR code located on the gift. You will be directed to a My Gift Card page > Received tab, where you can view your gift card details and initiate the redemption process.
What if the QR code doesn't work?
